MACHINE INTRODUCITON:
PVC marble board is widely as widely used as decorative. As high quality decorative sheet, it use medium density PVC microlite as raw material, copy the marbling on the surface by UV photocuring technology. It looks like real marbie,has smooth surface, and high reflective rate.

MACHINE FEATURES:
This line has the features of compact structure, high performance. After special design, screw and barrel has the features of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion capacity, high output, long service time. Barrel adopts cast aluminum heating ring, fan cooling and precision temperature controlsystem.Calander can adjust the sheet shape and keep product in good situation by precision design. Cutting machine has meter counting device, and cut the board in right with no error.

MACHINE RUNNING TEST AND AFTER SERIVE
1. When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
